Bonnie and Donna are in a hot race for the #1 spot of most completed calls
Bonnie has 28 as of end of day
Donna has 27 – but has her bait ready for Thursday – she also lined up 3 new prospects today for a total for 4 prospects
Diane had a very strong day one with 15 calls – she got 2 prospects for approximately $14000 and uncovered over $500,000 in potential business primarily with Galas currently at over venues.
Kasia had one call today – but we collected all of the leads from her Bridal Salon Blitz – so she has 52 brides to follow up with for room blocks as well as Catering referrals. – So she has fish in the pond!!!!!
Linda and Jennifer were out today – so tomorrow will be BIG days for both of them!!!!

Booked 25 rooms for August 25th, the contract was just sent out (around $4,700 in revenue).
One lead for September 30th thru October 2nd, 125 total rooms with meeting space and f&b. Possible $28,000 in revenue (we just have to get creative with the space!)
We have two catering leads; one for July and one for August, a possible $10,000 in revenue if we can secure them.

Calling first thing in the morning seems to yield the best results. Reach people before they get pulled into meetings etc.

At the end of Day one of our Telefocus:
Donna Ricigliano was the only one fishing today and she started off strong
Total of New Accounts called – 14
Total Prospect Rooms Revenue - $10305 – 45 rooms for Avon – July 07
Internal Referrals – 1 Lead for Holiday Party to Catering from Donna – Bacardi. Special Assist - Maureen Conry – for locating the Bacardi contact info – Bacardi has been on the Reader Boards for Meetings at the Sheraton Parsippany and Mo tracked down the contact!!!!

We were a little slow to get started over here having to tie up all of the loose ends for Penn’s graduation next week. Regardless, a few of us went fishing. Here is what we came up with…….
12 calls – all of the calls were existing accounts
2 solid leads: Law School possible $10,000 in revenue (rooms only), Catering lead for $5,000 in revenue (will possibly go to contract this week)
1 Rover: 1000 room nights from a Pharma Company to the DT Philadelphia
Today we had to fish from the pier, tomorrow we will get out on the boat!

By 9:00 each morning ( May 8th,9th,10th,11th and 14th ) each of the 4 teams will email Ebony their teams total daily achievement in the following 5 catagories:
Total Calls Completed ( must have spoken with the client, left messages do not count )
Prospect Revenue ( total rooms and catering ) must be loaded in Delphi [ no US Based exceptions ]
Tentative Revenue ( total rooms and catering ) must be loaded in Delphi [ no US. Based exceptions ]
