and we just got one day meeting booking for Catering
– don’t have the Revenue yet – but will by end of day!!!

Now we are starting to get moving……
37 calls today, three of which were new accounts.
Booked 25 rooms for August 25th, the contract was just sent out (around $4,700 in revenue).
One lead for September 30th thru October 2nd, 125 total rooms with meeting space and f&b. Possible $28,000 in revenue (we just have to get creative with the space!)
We have two catering leads; one for July and one for August, a possible $10,000 in revenue if we can secure them.
Not a bad day but we can still do a little better! Tomorrow we will change up the bait and go back at them……

A tip for the team:
Calling first thing in the morning seems to yield the best results. Reach people before they get pulled into meetings etc.
