Total Prospect Rooms Revenue - $10305 – 45 rooms for Avon – July 07
Internal Referrals – 1 Lead for Holiday Party to Catering from Donna – Bacardi. Special Assist - Maureen Conry – for locating the Bacardi contact info – Bacardi has been on the Reader Boards for Meetings at the Sheraton Parsippany and Mo tracked down the contact!!!!

We were a little slow to get started over here having to tie up all of the loose ends for Penn’s graduation next week. Regardless, a few of us went fishing. Here is what we came up with…….
12 calls – all of the calls were existing accounts
2 solid leads: Law School possible $10,000 in revenue (rooms only), Catering lead for $5,000 in revenue (will possibly go to contract this week)
1 Rover: 1000 room nights from a Pharma Company to the DT Philadelphia
Today we had to fish from the pier, tomorrow we will get out on the boat!

Allen - We have limited staffing today but so far have made 4 calls and one lead for 25 rooms for next Feb and a rover lead to your hotel for a potential 1155 rooms in September/October for a Pharma Company Also uncovered a catering lead for October. Yahoo!

DoubleTree Philly has 25 completed calls so far today
Hilton Newark 36 and 7 Rovers
Hilton Short Hills has 11 completed ( but that is only with Donna fishing) – two potential sites and a referral for a Holiday Party from Bacardi ( which is a great story – because Maureen got the Bacardi contact info for us from the Reader Boards and Donna called and now they may have a Holiday Party so Bring it home Diane and we can award assists to Mo and Donna!!!!)

The early returns are coming in - and looks like our primary success so far has been in the ROVER department where we are up to 8 leads. This is great news! Remember, these customers you are talking to can give business to one of our hotels…and you can make some CASH too.
